Mark Eaton is a partnering facilitator with Crew Consulting Group bringing 40+ years of experience leading teams with diverse cultures through challenging assignments and projects. In addition to leading partnering workshops for Crew Consulting’s clients, Mark facilitates the stakeholders involved in large construction projects so that they perform as a World Class team. Stakeholders usually include owner teams, architects, teams of contractors, regulatory and other entities. Mark has worked with project teams at LAX,  Caltrans, LADOTD, Denver Water, and the Veterans Administration, to name a few.  

As the founder of Eaton Leadership Foundation and a IEQ9 Level 2 Professionally Accredited Enneagram Coach for Business, Mark has consulted with construction industry leaders providing personal development leadership training to become more effective in their roles. Prior to that, he worked in the non-profit sector managing eighty staff members across multiple states in developing and implementing youth programs and projects, vision setting, staffing and fundraising.

In both areas, Mark has worked with high-octane leadership and a variety of dynamic personalities bringing them into the fold to work together to reach a successful outcome. He is passionate about his role as a partnering facilitator bringing hands-on experience to Crew Consulting Group’s project level teams as well as in executive board rooms.

In addition to his natural calm and welcoming manner, Mark manages the career of his wife, Susie McEntire, a two-time Female Vocalist of the Year and inductee into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in 2018. Susie is the younger sister of Country Superstar Reba McEntire with whom she has toured and performed on some of the greatest stages in music today.

Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Global Urban Leadership from Bakke Graduate University and is a proud recipient of the “Sagamore of the Wabash Award,” Indiana’s highest civilian award for extraordinary contributions to the state. 

On a personal level, Mark is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach and a lifelong Judo player who
spends his spare time fly fishing, whitewater rafting, mountaineering, taking road
trips with his wife and working around their ranch.
